    The A3 is most certainly a hand-written plate from Schärding District, Austria :)

    Hallo Jannis,
    das kann sein. Der Mann sass am Abend im Auto und heizte. Dabei hatte ein Fenster ca. 10 cm auf. Es war schon so -4 Grad. Morgens stand Auto ein paar Meter weiter leer und ich sah erst Uniform Polizei dabei, dann kam Zivil Polizei.
    Ich tippte auf F oder I. Aber Du hattest mit Scharding bestimmt recht. Ist nicht weit.
